Office/Studio
Again, what started as artist’s studios in London has now become popular across the UK, with people running their projects, work and companies from the comfort of their own homes (and gardens).
Annexe
Granny flats and annexes usually require a little more, such as shower and a kitchenette with some extra ventilation. The costs still dwarf those of a brick extension or building a shed in your garden.

An Englishman’s home is his castle, cliché, but so very true. So why has it taken us centuries to open up our gardens into an entertaining space like the Spanish, Italians, Portuguese etc, do?
MSSL’s journey began many years ago when returning from a family holiday in Italy. We wanted to be able to enjoy our outside space with family and friends, as well as we do in our living room.
